Where can I buy your products?

We sell to most every major retailer in America, either in brick and mortar stores or on e-commerce sites. For a specific product, type the product name into any search engine and you are likely to find several retailers who carry it. Otherwise, please call 877.201.0226 and one of our customer service associates will be happy to help you find the retailers where that product has been sold. 

How do I care for my product?

It’s always best to consult the care instruction label that comes on the product or packaging. If you no longer have the care instructions, consult the website if you purchased the product online or you can always do a quick search engine check i.e., “how do I clean placemats?” Otherwise, please call 877.201.0226 and one of our customer service associates will be happy to help instruct you in the best way to care for your product. 

Where can I return my product if it is defective?

Return policies vary by retailer. Please check the policy with the retailer where you purchased the product. 

 

Does the product come in different colors or sizes?

Online retailers are a great place to check–as they often carry the widest variety of product sizes and colors because they do not have floor space constraints. Otherwise, please call 877.201.0226 and one of our customer service associates will be able to check to see if the product is available in other colors or sizes. 

Can I order directly from your website?

Our website is a great place to find out about our company, our products, and our brands, but we do not sell product directly to consumers. Our strength is in creating well designed, trend right, quality home products and selling them to our retail partners who are best at serving you.
