Sean Jacobs


Chief Executive Officer

Sean Jacobs, C.P.A., has more than 20 years of experience in consumer goods as both a COO and CFO among various other corporate financial roles.

 Sean joins Town & Country Living after 10 years with Dorel Sports where he was CFO and COO helping to lead the global $1B+ cycling business which consisted of the Cannondale, GT, Schwinn, and Mongoose brands. Sean was a key player in ultimately leading the successful divestiture of the business to a strategic buyer in 2021, which resulted in a strong value creation moment for Dorel and its shareholders. Prior to joining Dorel Sports, Sean spent 12 years with Proctor and Gamble where he held various financial leadership positions working across numerous billion-dollar global brands including Duracell, Bounty, Charmin, Gillette, Oral-B, Tide, Gain to name a few. Sean has a B.S. from Syracuse University – Martin J. Whitman School of Management and an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management. He is a collaborative team player with an excellent history of delivering superior business results.

Yuval Evar


Chief Merchandising Officer

Yuval Evar joined Home Dynamix in 1996, working with his father and his uncles. He learned all aspects of the business and excelled at sales and merchandising. Yuval has created world-class relationships with many of the top North American customers in the industry as well as with our vendors. He was also responsible for developing strong licensing partnerships with many brands, including Elle Decor, Nicole Miller, Christian Siriano, Trina Turk and Shabby Chic. As Chief Merchandising Officer for all of Town & Country Living, he oversees sales, design, product development, merchandising, and licensing. Yuval’s strong attention to detail and creativity along with his ability to be agile within the marketplace has continued to ensure that we are a leader within the industry.


Susan Wojewoda

Chief Revenue Officer

Susan Wojewoda has over 20 years experience building B2B and B2C brands across home, apparel, and accessories.  As President of luxury retailer Scandia Home, Susan had oversight for Retail, DTC, and Wholesale businesses and worked to drive multi-channel growth while improving brand awareness and operational efficiencies. Susan previously worked for Sunham Home Fashions as SVP of the Brand and Digital Divisions partnering closely with Lacoste, Ted Baker, and Anne Klein to develop and launch product and merchandising strategies for omnichannel retailers.  She has experience with both private equity and founder-led businesses and has worked closely with owners to translate brand vision into tactical action plans and results.  As Chief Revenue Officer for Town and Country Living Susan oversees Sales, eCommerce and Licensing.

Susan graduated from the Harvard Business School with a Masters in Business Administration and earned her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.


Kaj Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

Kaj Johnson is an accomplished financial executive with a proven history of driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and enterprise value creation. As Chief Financial Officer, Kaj brings over two decades of leadership experience in high-growth, private equity-backed companies, where he has consistently delivered top-line revenue expansion and margin improvement.

A strategic thinker and hands-on leader, Kaj is known for his ability to align financial strategy with business objectives, streamline operations, and foster a culture of accountability and results. Most recently, he served in financial leadership roles at Grand Basket, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, and Malin + Goetz, where he was instrumental in navigating complex financial landscapes, implementing NetSuite ERP systems, and guiding forward-thinking decisions that propelled the organizations toward long-term profitability.

Kaj’s expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, cash flow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support scalable business models. His deep knowledge of private equity environments, venture capital start-ups and family-owned business in CFO/COO roles and his commitment to change management has made him a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and investors.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Valparaiso University and both an MBA and a Master’s in Accounting from Western Carolina University.

Ali Yehia

Global Head of Operations

Ali Yehia is a seasoned supply chain and logistics executive with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale operations, optimizing global distribution networks, and driving cost efficiencies. His expertise in logistics, automation, and process improvement has delivered transformative results for industry-leading organizations, including Swatch Group, NRI Distribution, Kuehne + Nagel, and Haddad Brands.

As a strategic leader, Ali has successfully spearheaded complex projects that have resulted in significant cost savings, improved inventory management, and enhanced delivery performance. Most notably, he led a large-scale warehousing consolidation across the U.S., saving millions in annual operating costs while streamlining logistics operations.

Beyond logistics, Ali oversees global warehousing, sourcing, planning, quality, production, and packaging. His strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to foster cross-functional collaboration enable him to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.


Mark Huston


SVP/Chief Information Officer

With over 25 years of industry experience, Mark Huston served as CEO of Fountainhead Planning Group, a consumer products consulting and technology company, delivering best in class cloud-based planning and supply chain software, process improvement, and industry analysis. Mark brings a track record of developing custom applications targeting key business issues with sophisticated algorithms designed to transform data into intuitive analyses and actionable information to drive future growth.

Mark graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Finance.  He began his career at Toys R Us, developing his experience in business analytics, inventory management, planning, and operations, after which he focused on technology and consulting services that led him to create Fountainhead as a way to bring his solutions to a larger segment of the industry.
